Abstract:The damaged oil and water wells in the old area of Daqing Oilfield have been increasing year by year.For the repaired wellbore,limited by the casing shrinkage,the existing fracturing tools cannot be run in and out,which seriously affects the potential tapping and production and the integrity of the injection-production well pattern in the main producing areas.A high-performance small-diameter expansion fracturing packer was developed by combining structural optimization design with indoor tests.Indoor tests and field applications show that the packer can pass through casings with a minimum inner diameter of 102 mm,and meets the multi-layer fracture reconstruction requirements for repairing the casing damaged wells with a pressure of 70 MPa and temperature of 120℃.The application of the packer and its supporting tools improved the situation that the casing damaged wells are in low production or shut down for a long time,which provides technical support for stable production of the old areas.
