摘    要:为提高金刚石圆弧砂轮外缘轮廓精度,减少全陶瓷球轴承套圈沟形误差,采用金刚石碟片对树脂基金刚石圆弧砂轮进行修整;对比修整前后砂轮的表面形貌及套圈沟形误差,验证砂轮的修整效果.修整后砂轮表面出现光泽,露出表面的金刚石磨粒明显增多,部分金刚石磨粒破碎,形成新切削刃或脱落,增大容屑空间;修整前沟形误差的平均值为5.823μm,...

Abstract:In order to improve the outer edge profile precision of diamond arc grinding wheel and reduce the shape error of full ceramic ball bearing ring raceway,the resin based diamond arc grinding wheel is dressed by diamond disc.The surface morphology of grinding wheel and shape error of ring raceway before and after dressing are compared to verify the dressing effect of grinding wheel.After dressing,the surface of grinding wheel is glossy,and the diamond grains exposed on surface are increased obviously,some diamond grains are broken,forming new cutting edge or falling off,and increasing chip space.The average value of raceway shape error is 5.823μm before dressing and 2.799μm after dressing,which is reduced by 51.93%.The average value of raceway surface roughness Ra is 0.316μm before dressing and 0.239μm after dressing,which is reduced by 24.37%.The experimental results show that the diamond disc grinding dressing method can effectively improve outer edge profile precision of arc grinding wheel,improve the surface morphology of grinding wheel,and greatly reduce the shape error and surface roughness of full ceramic ball bearing inner ring raceway.
