控制数据一体化火电厂应用实践

某电厂对辅助控制系统的使用模式进行了研究，报告了控制系统使用PLC与DCS的市场现状、投资情况，论证了辅助控制系统使用与主机控制系统一样的DCS是有优势的,电厂从招标期间开始规划水、煤、灰、脱硫等系统使用与主机控制系统一样的DCS，通过以太网不同网段地址设置，将电厂的控制系统分为3个网段：1号机组及公用网、2号机组网、辅网控制，控制系统通过冗余的千兆主干交换机Core实现数据相互传输，实现了控制、数据一体化，同时也论证了集中监控方案的优点，因此决定采用主机集控+辅网集控的监控布局，运行人员对应分为主机运行部、综合运行部，在这2个集控室实现监控，优化了管理模式，阐述了DCS的网络结构与数据交换的方式，最后分享了一体化建设的经验，具有一定的推广价值。

The network structure of DCS and the way of data exchange are expounded. Finally, it shares the experience of integration construction, and has certain promotion value
