摘    要:采用多层永磁体转子结构的内置式永磁同步电机具有较大的凸极比,可以充分利用转子的磁阻转矩,在电动汽车等领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。内置式多层永磁体转子结构的参数较多,组合灵活,其设计和优化是电机设计的一个难题。本文针对某180kW调速永磁同步电机的转子设计,选用"V一"型双层永磁体转子结构,引入田口法,选取合适的磁路参数和目标优化参数,建立田口实验正交表,然后利用有限元方法分析不同磁路参数组合下的电机性能。在此基础上,评估各磁路参数对各目标优化参数的影响,进而确定了转子结构方案。本方法对双层永磁体转子结构设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The interior permanent magnet synchronous machine(IPMSM)with a multi-layer magnet rotor structure,which lead to more remarkable saliency ratio and benefit of more reluctance torque,has been more and more widely used in electric vehicles and other applications?However,the interior rotor structure with multi-layer magnet has more parameters and combinations,which increases the complexity of design?Aiming at a interior rotor design for a 180kW IPMSM,this paper presents a rotor structure with dual-layer magnet of“V-”type,and induces the Taguchi method to determine the scheme parameters.In the process,the optimal parameters of rotor and target parameters of performance are established firstly,as well as the orthogonal experimental table according to Taguchi method.Then,the FEA method is used to analysis the performance under each condition of different parameter combinations?Furthermore,the effect of each optimal parameter on each target parameters is evaluated,which is helpful to confirm the final scheme.It could be concluded that the method can provide a guideline for the design of interior rotor with dual-layer magnet.
