| 摘 要： | 端面传动蜗轮副属于一种偏置蜗杆传动副，它与锥蜗杆传动（Spiroid Gearing）在传动性质上有相似之处，但是在结构和加工方法上有所不同。该蜗轮副在实现端面传动的同时，提高了蜗杆蜗轮的重合度和传动效率，并实现了结构的紧凑性。探讨了如何利用Pro／E及其二次开发工具Pro／Toolkit实现该蜗轮副的三维参数化设计。

| Abstract: | Side-worm gear transmission is a kind of offset worm gear transmission. It has some common properties in transmission with spiroid gearing,but is different in structure and manufacturing method. With this special structure it achieves a relatively high superposition and improves the transmission efficiency. It also makes the structure more compact. This paper has discussed how to realize the 3-D parametric design of side-worm gear in Pro/E. |
