摘    要:通过对1214Bi易切削钢采用:1.C、Mn、S等成分控制优化;2.稳定出钢终点C、降低出钢温度、出钢前渣面喷碳还原等冶炼工艺优化;3.优化冷却工艺、提高结晶器振动频率、降低拉速等连铸工艺优化。降低了成本,改善了铸坯质量,提高了铸坯可轧制性。

Abstract:Through to the 1214Bi Free-cutting steel used:1.the composition such as the optimum control for C,Mn,S.2.Steady the C of steelmaking finally,and reduce steel temperature of during tapping the furnace,and carbon powder injection in the surface of the slag before during tapping the furnace,etc process optimization of steel-making.3.Optimization cooling process,and improve the mould oscillation frequency,and reduce the pull of billet speed,etc process optimization of Concast.Reduced the cost for steelmaking,improve the quality of the billet,improve the success rate of the billet rolling.
