基于ADAMS的双叉臂式独立前悬架仿真分析

摘    要:悬架系统性能的好坏直接影响着汽车的平顺性、操纵稳定性及安全性,而悬架定位参数影响着悬架的运动特性。本文应用ADAMS/Car建立了某型汽车双叉臂式独立前悬架模型,并对模型进行了同向双轮跳动仿真分析,通过仿真分析得出了前轮外倾角、前轮前束角、主销内倾角和主销外倾角随车轮跳动的变化规律特性曲线图。根据仿真结果,客观的评价了悬架设计的合理性,为汽车悬架系统开发提供了一种有效的手段。

Abstract:The suspension system performance of a direct impact on the smooth operation of stability and security of the car,while the suspension alignment parameters affect the suspension characteristics of the movement.In this paper,a certain type of car double-wishbone independent front suspension model was established with ADAMS / Cat,and the model is the parallel wheel travel simulation analysis,Through the simulation analysis the front tire,camber angle,the front wheel beam angle,kingpin inclination angle and kingpin camber angle with the change rule of wheel beating characteristics curve,according to the simulation results,objective assessment of the rationality of the suspension design,and provides an effective means for the automotive suspension systems development.
