| 摘 要： | 北京地区表土为季节性冻土，具有冬季冻结、春季完全融化的特点。本文论述了表土冻融的机理，并分析了表土冻融对建筑地基基础设计与施工、基坑边坡支防护结构、道路路基、安设GPS观测点等工程建设的影响，提出了防治表土冻融灾害的对策，希望对工程建设有指导作用。
