电镀添加剂的不妥分类及其不良后果

摘    要:论述了电镀添加剂的不妥分类及其后果:将电镀亮镍光亮剂分为光亮剂与柔软剂,既混淆了初、次级光亮剂的作用,又会误导用户根据名称加药;光亮酸铜液中光亮剂各组分之间及其与Cl-之间的协同效应十分重要,作用难以划分,对其不当分类不但起不到好效果,反而易造成使用中比例失调;某些助剂如酸性亮锡光亮剂和无氰碱铜浓缩液,则应详细分类,以利于大生产维护控制,降低成本及新技术的推广应用。

Abstract:Bad classification of electroplating additive agents and bad consequences were discussed. The brighteners for bright nickel plating were sometimes classified as brightener and flexibility agent that may not only confuse the action of primary brightener with that of the secondary brightener, but also result in misleading the user in adding reagent just based on brightener's name. Bad classification of brighteners for bright copper plating may result in bad effect and disproportion in use of brightener, because the synergetic effect between various components of brightener and Cl-often plays an important role and their functions are not easily identified. Some assistants such as brighteners for acidic bright tin plating and non-cyanide alkaline copper plating concentrate must be classified detailedly so as to facilitate maintenance, control and reducing cost in large scale production as well as promotion and application of new technology.
