BPO引发与离子液体催化聚合焦化二甲苯中苯乙烯的研究

摘    要:研究了用过氧化苯甲酰(BP0)引发与氯铝酸盐离子液体催化聚合脱除焦化二甲苯中苯乙烯的方法。通过正交试验考察BP0与盐酸三乙胺-三氯化铝离子液体(Et3N·H-AlCl3)在反应温度、反应时间及离子液体用量对焦化二甲苯中苯乙烯转化率的影响,结果表明BPO与Et3N·H—AlCl3的用量是主要影响因素。进一步考察了Et3N·H—AlCl3的酸度及循环使用次数对苯乙烯转化率的影响,并对比了BPO、Et3N·HCl-AlCl3、Bpy-AlCl3、BMIm]Cl-AlCl3的用量与苯乙烯转化率的关系。同时,研究发现焦化二甲苯中含有二甲基噻吩硫化物是致使离子液体催化剂失活的主要因素。

Abstract:In this article we studied the removal method of styrene and 2-methylthiophene from the coking xylene by polymerization and conversion which was initiated by benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and was catalyzed by chlorine aluminate ionic liquids (ILs). By using triethylamine hydrochloride aluminum chloride ionic liquids (Et3N ·H-AlCl3) as catalyst, the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and ionic liquid dosage on the conversion rate of styrene were tested and discussed by the orthogonal experimental methodology. The results show that the dosage of BPO and Et3N·H-AlCl3 is the major influence factor on the reaction. The influences of the acidity and recycle use of Et3 ·H-AlCl3 on the reaction were also studied, and at the same time the relationship between the conversion rate of styrene and the dosage of BPO and other two ionic liquids, pyridine hydrochloride aluminum chloride (Bpy-AlCl3), and 1 -- butyl- 3 - methylimidazole aluminum chloride (BMIm]Cl-AlCl3), was studied. Dimethyhhiophene was found to be one of the toxic components in coking xylene leadto the deactivation of ILs catalyst.
