摘    要:通过ANSYS有限元对四锭低频电磁铸造铝合金时,结晶器外套材料对铸锭内部磁感应强度的影响以及4个线圈之间磁场相互影响进行了数值模拟,结果表明,当结晶器外套为导磁材料A3钢时,可以增大铸锭内部的感应强度;对多流低频电磁铸造来说,推荐线圈之间的最佳距离为:相邻线圈电流方向相同,线圈之间的距离应大于30 mm.

Abstract:With the aid of FE code ANSYS,the effect of different mould exterior part material on magnetic flux density in the aluminum melt and magnetic field interaction of four coils applied with same current were investigated.Calculated results show that magnetic flux density in the aluminum melt is greatly improved.For the four-ingot low frequency electromagnetic casting aluminum alloy,the optimal distance between two nearby coils should be more than 30 mm in the same coil current direction.
