微絮凝过滤用于含油废水处理研究

摘    要:该文以兰化303厂雨排污水为例,提出了微絮凝过滤处理含乳化油废水的处理工艺。通过实验,肯定了其良好的除油效果,油的去除率可达80%左右,并对主要影响因素进水含油浓度、滤速、絮凝剂种类和投加量、反冲洗方式等进行了分析讨论。确定了工艺流程和设计参数。

Abstract:Micro-flocculation was used to treat the oil-bearing wastewater in Lanzhou Petroleum-Chemical Engineering Corporation. This study focused on the primary influential factors such as oil-bearing concentrations flow rates, kind and dosage of coagulant, backwashing, and confirmed the application parameter. Test results showed that this method is highly efficient and the oil removal is about 80%.
