| 摘 要： | 介绍并比较了有关膜分离技术在食品工业中的应用,重点介绍了有关陶瓷膜应用的实例,并与不同的膜进行了比较,在此基础上对膜分离技术在食品工业上的应用前景进行了展望。

Membrane Technology and New Application in the Food Industry |

| Abstract: | The application of membrane technology in the food industry is reviewed in this paper. The current membrane technology is showed and compared each other.The application of ceramics membranes is primarily previewed and compared with other membranes. The development of the membrane technology in the food industry is presented. |
