| Abstract: | According to analysis of the direction reform of stated-owned enterprises property rights in Shanxi Province, the paper tahes full account of the status of state-owned enterprises on the diversification of ownership structure and pushs forward the establishment of a sound modem enterprise system reform measures, improvement of the social functions of the cuhivate and development and international competitiveness of large companies and reform group. |
