| Abstract: | Tea-polyphenol is a kind of natural active substance extracted from tea, more and more attentions have paid to gradually for its extensive physiological function. In this paper, the component and property of tea-polyphenol are introduced in brief, and the methods for extraction and isolation, technology features are reviewed. |
