Abstract:Seasoning is one of the most important products in food industry nowadays, it is popular with the consumers for its various series, convenience of storing, carrying and using, also for its hygienic security and natural delicious. This paper not only outlines the development of compound seasoning of domestic and foreign, but also prospects the future of seasoning as well.
