摘    要:徐家汇是上海市最早启动建设的城市副中心,是重要的市级商业中心和交通枢纽。轨道交通徐家汇枢纽是上海市轨道交通网络中唯一的一个三条市域线交汇的大型换乘枢纽。文章介绍了徐家汇轨道交通换乘枢纽实施方案,其中9号线车站利用既有地下室改建而成,11号线车站设于拟建改造地块中,两条新建轨道交通线车站都避开了主要交通道路,很好地解决了车站实施对地区交通、商业和环境的影响,体现了方案决策中综合考虑建设成本、社会经济成本、环境成本实现社会经济效益最大化的思想,是轨道交通规划设计理念和实施技术的突破。同时,结合轨道交通换乘枢纽,提出了一体化地下空间和地下道路方案。

Abstract:As the first growing urban sub-center of Shanghai, Xujiahui district is an important commercial center and traffic hub. The Xujiahui rail transit hub is a large transfer hub that connects three rail transit lines, being the only one in the Shanghai rail transit network. The article illustrates the planning of Xujiahui rail transit hub, in which the station for line No.9 will be regenerated from an existing basement and the station for Line No.11 will be built in a land plot for construction purpose. Both of the two proposed new stations are concealed from the main roads, which well diminishes their impact on the traffic, commerce and environment in the area. This embodies that the planning has take various factors into consideration including construction cost, socio-economic cost and environmental cost to achieve the maximization of social and economic benefits, which is a breakthrough of the design concept and technologies in rail transit planning. Moreover, the article puts forward an integrated planning of underground spaces and passages.
