| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了CCD热成像技术，以及在该技术的基础上开发的烧结机尾断面监测系统。莱钢在105m^2烧结机上采用该系统，能实现对部分生产参数的在线预测，有助于改善烧结矿质量和进一步实现烧结生产自动化。

| Abstract: | The CCD hot image technique was introduced briefly in this paper Based on this techinque, an auto- monitoring system for discharge end monitor has been developed Once this system is applied in LAIGANG 105m 2 sintering plant, some process parameter e g the position of sintering zone,BTP and the bed permeability etc could be predicted on the line Which is useful to improve the sinter quality and to come ture the automatization of sintering process |
