白肋烟晾制期间烟叶中细菌的分离和鉴定

摘    要:对晾制烟叶中分离到的33株优势菌株进行16S rDNA鉴定,鉴定结果为PseudomonasBacillusEnterobacterRhizobiumCorynebacteriumPantoeaAcinetobacterArthrobacterXanthomonasParacoccusAchromobacterRhodococcus。经硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐还原能力测定,结果表明:6株不能还原硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐,占总菌株数的18.18%;20株能还原硝酸盐而不能还原亚硝酸盐,占总菌株数的60.61%;7株既可以还原硝酸盐又可以还原亚硝酸盐(2株Rhizobium、1株Paracoccus、4株Pseudomonas),占总菌株数的21.21%,可能是抑制白肋烟叶中TSNA形成的菌株。

Abstract:33 isolated strains from burley leaf in curing were identified by 16S rDNA, which were Pseudomonas, Rhodococcus, Bacillus, Enterobacter, Rhizobium, Achromobacter, Corynebacterium, Pantoea, Acinetobacter, Paracoccus, Arthrobacter. Bacteria were tested for nitrate and nitrite reducing abilities. Results showed that 6 strains were unable to reduce either nitrate or nitrite, account for 18.18% of the total strains, while 20 strains were able to reduce nitrate, account for 60.61% and the rest including 1 Paracoccus, 4 Pseudomona, and 2 Rhizobium were able to reduce both nitrate and nitrite, account for 21.21%. It is believed that these 7 strains may restrain TSNAs formation in burley tobacco leaves.
