网格密度对全钢载重子午线轮胎有限元分析的影响

摘    要:以12.00R20规格全钢载重子午线轮胎为例,根据轮胎失效分析中胎圈的破坏形式,对同一条轮胎着重于胎圈划分5种不同密度的网格,考察网格密度对轮胎有限元分析的影响.结果表明,模型网格密度与计算时间和精度成正比,但随着网格数量的增大,计算结果也趋于稳定.在综合考虑计算精度和成本情况下确定了合理的网格密度.

Abstract:According to tire fatigue types,five meshes with different density were generated for 12.00R20 radial tire to analyze the effects of mesh density on tire finite element analysis.The results showed that the larger mesh density was,the more time was needed and the more precise the calculated results were.However,as the number of mesh continues to grow,the simulation results came to stabilize.Reasonable mesh density was reached with considering calculation precision and cost.
