双方向盘教练车转向系统控制器的设计研究

摘    要:将EPS与原教练车机械式转向系统相结合,设计研发了双方向盘教练车转向系统。控制系统主要由控制器、助力电机、传感器、信号处理电路、驱动逻辑电路和故障报警电路等组成。设计了以8位的C8051FOOX为核心的控制器。介绍了控制器的工作原理、硬件结构以及软件设计。通过实验表明该控制器满足工作需要。

Abstract:This article designed the training car's steering system with dual steering wheels. It combined the training car's original mechanical steering device with EPS. The controller of the steering system was developed based on a 8 bit CS051F00X. The control system consists of the controller, the electric motor, sensors, signal processing circuits, driving circuit, alarm circuit etc. The working principles, the hardware structure, software design of the system were introduced. The result of the test has achieved the demand of the system basically.
