| 摘 要： | 研究了丙酮直接结晶法,正丁醇萃取法,HPD-100型药用大孔吸附树脂对三七皂甙Rb3的精制作用,并对它们的效果及可行性进行比较,主要从上样量,纯化效果进行优化,确定了用大孔吸附树脂是工业上的最佳条件。

| Abstract: | By using acetone directly crystal,n-Butanol extraction,and HPD-100 medical adsorption resin to purify and collect the gensengside Rb_3 are studied.The effectiveness and feasibility of the three methods are compared in two main aspects:Material quality once a time and the effectiveness of the purification.And concluded that resin is the optimum in industry. |
