摘    要:通过总结各类开发小区10 kV中压配电网规划的方法与步骤,着重强调小区规划过程中应该注意的关键性问题及解决方法.提出小区规划既要满足城市电网规划的基本要求,更要结合小区的实际情况,实现适合小区规划特点的总体原则,并结合具体实例阐述了小区负荷指标的确定、变电站选址定容、开关站的设置原则、供电模式的分析选择等几个方面需要注意的问题和处理方法,使小区配电网最大限度地满足人们日益增长的用电需求.

Abstract:According to the method and program of 10 kV distribution network planning for several small development areas, the key problem and solutions in the small development area planning are emphasized. The small development area planning should meet not only the requirements of urban power network planning but also the practical situation of the small development area to realize the overall principle that suits the small development area planning. This paper describes the problems and processing techniques combined with the practical examples for distribution network planning of small development areas, such as load index of small development area, substation location and its capacity, installation principle of switchgear and the analysis of power supply mode, to make distribution network of small development area greatly satisfy the electrical demand of people.
