气相二氧化硅对环氧富锌涂料性能的改性研究

摘    要:气相二氧化硅表面活性高,分散性能良好,能显著改善材料的性能。通过电镜及能谱技术等表征可知,将其加入环氧富锌涂料能有效防止涂层中颗粒团聚,使涂层表面更均匀、平整,同时还能有效提高涂层的附着力,大大增强了环氧富锌涂料的防腐性能。

Abstract:The aerosil had high surface and good dispersity,it could enhance the property of material.The properties of the epoxy oxygen and rich zinc coating with aerosil were characterized by SEM,EDS.The results displayed that aerosil improved the flatness and adherent of coating,so the anti-corrosion properties of coating was also greatly enhanced.
