Abstract:A method for determination of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxybutyric acid by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was developed.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile-water,purified by Oasis MAX column,derivatizated by bis(trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide,and analyzed by GC-MS,quantified by external standard method.The linear relationships was fine(r>0.99) with a linear range from 0.01 to 5.0 μg/mL.The mean recovery were 73%~98.3% when 2,4-DB was added at levels of 0.1 mg/kg,0.2 mg/kg,1.0 mg/kg,the residual standard deviation between the sample determinations was between 2.8%~5.8%.The detection limit of the residues was 0.1 mg/kg which meet the international determination request of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxybutyric acid residues.
