摘    要:本论文建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定甘蔗中草甘膦的方法.以乙腈为萃取液,甘蔗中的草甘膦经加速溶剂萃取仪萃取,萃取液与9-芴基甲基三氯甲烷衍生化反应,应用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪定性定量法检测草甘膦,建立了定性定量检测甘蔗中草甘膦快速、准确、高灵敏度的方法.经方法学验证,该方法对草甘膦最低检出限LOD为0.0...

Abstract:Super-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrum in series(UPLC-MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of glyphosate in sugar cane.Glyphosate in sugar cane was separated by ASE.The extracts were derivated with FMOC-Cl,and the glyphosate content was determined by UPLC-MS/MS.The limit of detection(LOD) for glyphosate was 0.05mg/kg.The linear range was 0.01-1 μg/mL with correlation coefficient above 0.999.The mean recovery was between 86.5 % and 100.6%.This method can be applied for the determination of glyphosate in sugar cane for its high sensitivity and high selectivity
