摘    要:采用001×7强酸性阳离子交换树脂,对中药提取物中有害重金属离子pb2+、Cd2+、Cu2+进行吸附去除试验,并检测离子交换处理对其黄酮含量回收率的影响.结果表明:001×7强酸性阳离子交换树脂对于中药提取物所含重金属离子pb2+、Cd2+、Cu2+去除效果显著,黄酮回收率为95.3~97.9%.001×7强酸性阳离子...

Abstract:001×7 strong-acid cation exchange resin was used to remove the harmful heavy metal ions Pb2+,Cd2+ and Cu2+ in the Chinese herb extract,and the recovery of flavonoid was also detected.The results showed that 001×7 strong acid cation exchange resin was of great efficiency for the removal of Pb2+,Cd2+ and Cu2++ in the Chinese herb extract,and the recovery of flavonoid was 95.3~97.9%.001×7 strong-acid cation exchange resin had a large adsorption capacity.10 ml Wet exchange resin could adsorb 58.7 mg Pb2+,19.04 mg Cu2+,or 33.68 mg Cd2+,respectively.
