压力/低压/金属型铸造多周期、多阶段数值模拟技术的研究与应用

摘    要:根据压力铸造、低压铸造和金属型铸造生产的特点,研究开发了适合于这些特种铸造方法的多周期、多阶段的计算机数值模拟系统,同时解决了冷却工艺过程模拟、多周期精确充型模拟等关键问题,能够较好的分析冷却工艺,预测模温平衡,优化模具的初始预热工艺,从而有效的控制产品质量,提高生产效率,该技术可以较好地指导实际生产.

Abstract:According to the features of high pressure die casting, low pressure die casting and permanent mold casting, a multi-cycle and multi-stage numerical simulation system has been developed successfully. Some key problems, such as simulation of cooling process, accurate filling modeling of multi-cycle process, have been solved properly. The actual application shows that the technology can precisely simulate the process of high pressure die casting, low pressure die casting and permanent mold casting, and can better analyze cooling process, thus can control quality efficiently, improve production efficiency and guide production.
