摘    要:为了改变传统的天然气过滤分离器难以适应天然气工业大规模长距离输送的不利生产现状,研制开发了一种新型可反洗再生天然气过滤分离器。该装置采用立式分离器结构,具有性能可靠、稳定,结构新颖、简单,造价低等特点,能够反洗再生滤芯,可降低作业成本,具有最佳的性价比。川中油气矿的现场试验证明,新研制的可反洗再生天然气过滤分离器处理能力强,可直接交送加气站使用,其杂质含量、硫含量均达到用户要求,反洗再生效果好,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The traditional natural gas filter is hard to meet the need of long-distance transportation of natural gas on a large scale, therefore a back wash natural gas filter is developed. The design feature and operating principle are introduced. The filtering element of this filter can be back washed and regenerated, so the production cost can be reduced obviously by using the filter. On-site test in Chuanzhong oil and gas field shows that, the new filter has excellent natural gas filtering capacity and good backwashing and regeneration effect, and the indexes of impurities and sulfide contents accord with the requirement of the user, therefore it can be used widely.
