| Abstract: | Combined with Chinese national condition and present situation of architectural market,the author illustrates the existing problems of winning bid with the lowest price in engineering bidding from six aspects,and proposes countermeasures for them to ensure the rationality and feasibility of winning bid with the lowest price. |
