Abstract:The structure and chemical characteristic, the analysis method and preparation, the application and foreground of proanthocyanidin were introduced. At the same time, the physiology function of proanthocyanidin was intensively discussed. It is an important reference for deep research and development of proanthocyanidin in functional foods, medicines and cosmetics.
