Application of synthetic analysis to second-hand automobile appraisal

The approach of synthetic analysis,an approach of replacement cost in essence,is an important method in evaluating automobiles. However, as the new code of discarded automobile has been published, the life span of automobiles are prolonged, especially cars. Hence if we continue to use the old computing formula of synthetic analyses approach,the value we get from the appraisal is always relatively high. Based on it,some problems in evaluating second-hand automobiles by the approach of synthetic analyses are discussed,and the original formula are adjustment coefficient are revised as well.
