| Abstract: | The optimal allocation of the pump in Raman fiber amplifier design is studied in detail based on the principle of stimulated Raman scattering.The influences on the gain flatness of the Raman fiber amplifier by the number of pumps,wavelength,power and other factors are also analysed. |
