浅析油浸式配电变压器的能效水平

摘    要:通过解读《三相配电变压器能效限定值及节能评价值》(GB 20052—2006),明确能效限定值和目标能效限定值是指不同时期配电变压器能效应满足的规定值;节能评价值是评价节能配电变压器能效的标准值。该标准的实施为配电变压器的能耗提供了依据,它限制淘汰落后产品,有力地促进配电变压器节能新技术的开发和应用。以目前广泛使用的S9及以上型号油浸式配电变压器为对象,分析和比较上述型号配电变压器的能效水平,并最终得出结论:目前S9及以下水平的配电变压器已无法满足能效限定要求,节能配电变压器水平以S11、S13、S14型号为准。

Abstract:Through studying GB 20052-2006 about the Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and the Evaluating Values of Energy Conservation for Three-phase Distribution Transformers,it is made clear that the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and target minimum allowable values of energy efficiency refer to the specified values that distribution transformers should meet to achieve the energy efficiency level at different stages;while the evaluating values of energy conservation refer to the standard values for the evaluation of the energy efficiency of the energy-conservation transformers.The implementation of this standard provides a basis for the energy consumption of distribution transformers.It not only limits and eliminates outmoded products,but also greatly promotes the development and application of new energy-saving technology for distribution transformers.This paper analyzes and contrasts the energy efficiency levels of S9 serial transformers or above,and comes to a conclusion that now S9 serial transformers or beneath can’t achieve the minimum allowable values of energy efficiency,S11,S13 and S14 serial distribution transformers are all energy-conservation and can meet the requirements.
