| 摘 要： | 介绍了乙二醇蒸气喷射泵的工作原理、系统的组成及作用，分析了乙二醇蒸气喷射泵与原有水蒸汽喷射真空泵相比的节能效果和优点。将聚酯装置原有2台蒸气喷射泵改造为乙二醇蒸气喷射泵，年节约蒸汽12kt和循环水1．2Mm^3，合计157万元。可以达到节能降耗、减少废水排放的目的，效果明显优于水蒸汽喷射真空泵抽真空。

| Abstract: | The working principle,system composition and function of EG (ethylene glycol) steam jet pump was introduced,and the energy saving effect and advantages of EG steam jet pump comparing with the existing water steam jet vacuum pump were analyzed. If the existing 2 sets of water steam jet pump for PET plant was changed into EG steam jet pump,about 12 kt steam and 1.2 Mm3 recycling water would be saved,amounting to RMB 1.57 million per year. EG steam jet pump can effectively save energy sources and reduce the ejection of waste water,so its effect was obviously better than water steam jet vacuum pump. |
