不同透气砖钢包底吹特性的水模研究

为满足ＡＮＳ－ＯＢ钢包底吹工艺的需要，对３种不同透气砖底吹气体的行为进行了水模研究，结果表明：弥散型和直通多微孔型透气砖底吹均产生细小气泡结构，狭缝式透气式砖则为大气泡结构：在排渣能力和钢渣液面的冲击力，前两种效果接近，后一种则有所不同，因此，生产中应根据钢水处理的需要选用相应的底吹透气砖。

STUDY ON THE BUBBLES CHARACTERISTICS OF DIFFERENT PERMEABLE BRICKS AT LADLE BOTTOM BY MEANS OF HYDRAULIC MODEL

According to the requirement of bottom blowing in ANS OB Ladle,the gas be-havious of bottoim blowing for three types of bottom permeable brick have been studied by means of hydraulic model. The results showed that the hubbles from porous plug and muti hole brick are small whereas the bubbles from the slit brick are big. The former two brick are slmilar in the ability of slag pushing and in producing the liguid peak height,and is different from the slit brick.So the selection of the bricks should be according to the treating requirements.
