基于可编程控制器的机械手控制系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了机器人的组成和机械手的工作原理,设计了基于可编程控制器主控的机械手控制系统,确定了硬件构架和软件体系.实验验证该机械手操作方便、性能稳定,可以弥补操作工效率低、成本高等缺陷,且该控制系统具有很好的开放性和可扩展性.

Abstract:Introduction was made to the composition of a robot and the working principle of a manipulator.A manipulator control system based on programmable logic controller(PLC) was designed,the hardware frame and software system determined.Experiments verify that this manipulator is easy to handle with stable performance,being able to compensate the defects of low work efficiency and high cost.The control system is in possession of good openness and expandability.
