摘    要:Q345D钢板,在折弯成方管时,出现了焊缝对应面一侧的裂纹,利用金相显微镜进行组织分析,光谱仪测定成分,拉伸实验机测定力学性能等分析方法对试样进行了分析。分析表明:折弯开裂的主要原因是由于钢板材料的夹杂物过多、强度偏高、塑性偏低造成的。

Abstract:The cracked on the opposite side of the sample of Q235A square tube bending were examined by smetallograhic microscope,ingredients were measured by Spectroscopy, mechanical properties were tested by Tensile test machine . Test shows that the cracked samples have more inclusions and strength , low plasticity, they are the main reason of cracking in Q235A square tube when cold bending.
