摘    要:分析了连铸坯的低倍组织缺陷产生原因,认为二冷区冷却水的合理分配、支撑系统的合理对中是保证铸坯质量的关键。针对二次冷却制度、设备因素、钢水质量对连铸坯低倍组织的影响进行分析并采取相应措施,取得较好效果。

Abstract:The reason of low- times microscopic structure defects in continuous casting billet is analyzed and it is considered that the key to guarantee the quality of billet is to rationally distribute the cooling water in second - time cooling region and reasonably center the supporting system. Against the influence on the low-times microstructure in continuous casting billet of second- time cooling system, equipment factors and melting steel quality, measures are adopted and good result got.
