塑料注射模组合式二级侧抽芯机构设计

摘    要:塑料制品的复杂化给成型模具的结构设计带来困难,对于特殊塑料制品采用原有的侧抽芯机构难以满足塑件的成型要求。现分析了塑件不同侧凹结构对注射模设计造成的困难,以及弯销—斜导柱组合、T形楔块—T形楔块组合和T形楔块—斜导柱组合的二级侧抽芯机构的设计要点,总结了塑件侧抽方向与模具开模方向的夹角大小对二级侧抽芯机构设计的影响,为复杂塑件成型模的设计开辟了新思路。

Abstract:Designing injection moulds for complex construction of plastic parts is a challenge; here is an example where conventional side core-pulling mechanism is unable to meet the requirement of forming. Difficulties in design of injection mould with different side-concave structure were analyzed, and then design points of two stage side core-pulling mechanism were proposed, including angular cam and angle guide pillar assembly, T-wedge and T-wedge assembly and T-wedge and angle guide pillar assembly. The influence of the angle between direction of side core pulling and line of mould opening on design of two stage side core-pulling mechanism was summarized. This will offer some references to development of tools for molding complex construction of plastic parts.
