| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的发展,对建设工程项目而言,设备和耗材的采购费用占工程项目总价的60%以上。采购管理已然成为了项目管理的一个重要组成部分,与工程项目建设有着密切的联系,是工程项目建设的物质基础。论文对建设工程项目采购管理模式进行了探讨。
