摘    要:介绍燃煤汞污染现状和汞排放形态、特征及其大气排放标准。分析了我国燃煤电厂汞污染控制面临的问题。结合我国汞大气排放的新标准,从管理和技术方面提出了相应的对策。同时介绍了国内外燃煤电厂汞排放的控制措施:① 采用清洁燃煤发电技术,推进机组节能减排;② 充分利用现有非汞污控设施实现协同控制;③ 开展单项脱汞技术研究与示范,其涉及煤基添加剂、炉膛喷射、吸附剂喷射、吸收塔稳定剂、脱硫废水络合剂等技术;④ 几种国外新型汞联合脱除技术。

Abstract:The status quo of mercury pollution is introduced as well as the mercury emission forms the characteristics and the corresponding atmospheric emission standards of coal-fired power plants. The mercury pollution control issues facing the coal-fired power plants in the country are analyzed. According to the new standard on atmospheric mercury emission of coal-fired power plants, some countermeasures in respect to management and techniques are put forward. At the same time, some foreign measures are introduced, including:1) Using clean coal power generation technologies to promote energy conservation and emission reduction; 2) Making full use of existing non-mercury pollution control facilities to realize collaborative control; 3) Carrying out the research and demonstration of individual mercury removal technology, involving coal base additives, furnace injection, sorbent injection, absorption tower stabilizers, and desulfurization wastewater complexing agent, etc; 4) New mercury joint removal technologies.
