| 摘 要： | 根据宝钢４＃石灰窑预热器顶部内衬使用要求，研制开发出粘土质自流浇注料。在宝钢石灰窑预热器的使用实绩表明，该浇注料自流性好，可自行脱气，浇注体致密、光洁、耐用，达到了预期的使用效果。

| Abstract: | A clay based self-flow castable was developed to meet the Author's address:Huzhou Red Eagle Group Co. ,Huzhou 313000,China requirement of top lining of preheater of 4# lime kiln in Baosteel. The castable was applied to lime kiln of Baosteel successfully. Results show that it has good properties of flowability,deflocculating and degasification. Meanwhile,the castable body is smooth,dense and durable. |
