某引进型300MW汽轮发电机组励磁机转子动态特性分析

摘    要:某引进型300MW汽轮发电机组励磁机由制造厂对单转子进行了精确的高速动平衡,返回现场后升速过程临界转速振动和工作转速振动仍然偏大。为确定其中的原因,本文对该型机组励磁机单转子及其与发电机组成的小轴系进行了临界转速和不平衡响应的理论数值计算,其计算结果与现场和制造厂的实油数据进行了分析比较,得到了有关这种励磁机转子的动态特性以及高速动平衡的分析结论,它们对国内同型机组励磁机的振动处理具有参考意义。

Abstract:The single exciter shaft of the 300MW turbine generator unit have been exactly made super-speed balance move in the manufactory, but its vibration value is still high at the critical speed and working speed after its reinstallation. In order to find the vibration causes, this essay calculate the critical speed and unbalance response of the single shaft and the little shaft system composed by exciter and generator. Calculation results are analyzed and compared with the measuring data from the local and the manufactory. The dynamic characteristics and super-balance theories of this type exciter shaft are gained, which provides references to dealing with the vibration problem of the same type exciter in this field.
