基于STM32的风电机组振动监控系统设计

摘    要:风力发电机组安全运行与否关乎到其使用寿命的长短以及发电效率,为实现对风电机组振动状态的实时监测,设计了基于STM32的风电机组振动监控系统,以STM32F103VB芯片为振动检测模块的核心,构建系统硬件,检测风电机组振动信号;利用RS-485总线实现振动检测模块与上位机分析模块的通信;在VC++6.0平台下,对振动数据进行显示和时/频域分析,并结合Access数据库完成数据的存储管理。实验结果表明系统能够长时间可靠运行。

Abstract:Safety of wind turbines relates to their lifetime length and power generation efficiency.To monitor the vibration condition,wind turbines vibration monitoring system based on STM32 was designed.It took STM32F103VB as the core of vibration detection module to built its hardware and collect vibration signal of wind turbines.The vibration detection module can communicate with PC analysis module via RS-485 interface.The detected vibration signal was displayed and analyzed in VC++ 6.=F0 development platform.Besi...
