| 摘 要： | 设计了一种质量轻、功耗低的适合于飞行器飞行参数测量的高精度大气压力指示仪.基于压阻效应原理,采用OEM硅压阻式传感器为基本器件,结合高速数字处理和补偿技术,研制了一种总质量不超过1 kg,总压、静压、动压精度都达到0.05％的飞行参数指示仪,其操作简单、界面友好,还具有差压保护、用户参数修正等功能.
