基于LabVIEW的光栅单色仪控制系统

摘    要:介绍一种结合LabVIEW和ATmega16单片机的光栅单色仪控制系统的设计。给出光探头与光电门的电路图,单片机对多路数据的采集,以及大范围、高精度的定位方法,同时编程LabVIEW显示光功率-波长图线和控制电机的运动。该系统实现了对光信号的定位采集和全程采集两个功能。

Abstract:A design of grating monochromator control system based on single chip computer Atmega16 and LabVIEW is introduced in this paper.The circuit design of light probe and photo-gate,ways of collecting groups of data by single chip computer and positioned accurately in a large range are described.LabVIEW is programmed to display the optical power-wavelength line and control the motor.In a word,the system can not only measure optical intensity in all position,but also measure it in a given position.
