基于OPC的熔断器自动化生产监控系统设计

摘    要:为了解决熔断器自动化生产中由于不同厂商设备组成的各个子系统之间的通信问题,采用了OPC技术设计了熔断器自动化生产监控系统,从而实现了每个工序设备之间的连锁,以及单台设备工控机之间的通信。经运行验证,基于OPC技术实现的熔断器自动化生产监控系统运行稳定可靠,该技术具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:In order to resolve the communication problem between various sub—systems provided by different manufacturers for fuse automation monitoring system,the unified dispatching OPC-based on automation and control system for fuse is designed,and the chain between each working procedure,the communication between the industrial personal computers are implemented.The operation of the system verifies that the system based on OPC is stable and reliable and it is worth to be popularized.
