摘    要:为了有效增加脉冲涡流信号的渗透深度以检测较厚钢板裂纹缺陷,提出了增大激励电流的方法.用低压大电流电源和功率MOSFET斩波的方式产生大电流脉冲;设计了由矩形激励线圈和2片霍尔传感器构成的脉冲涡流检测探头并制作放大滤波电路;采用数据采集卡采集信号,以LabVIEW为平台,采用峰值扫描方法,实现脉冲涡流信号的差分检测,达到有效识别较厚钢板亚表面裂纹缺陷.

Abstract:In order to effectively increase the depth of penetration of pulsed eddy current signals to detect cracks in steel plate,this paper presented the method of increasing the excitation current.It used low voltage high current power supply and power MOSFET chopper means to produce a large current pulse.It designed the pulsed eddy current probe which composed of the rectangular coils and two Hall sensors.And the amplifying and filtering circuit was made.It adopted the data acquisition card to acquire signals.It ...
