| 摘 要： | 磁选柱是一种高效的精矿提纯设备.在实际应用过程中需要根据现场工艺要求调节其参数.为了更好地建立多设置参数与选矿品位的关系,提出了一种基于PROFIBUS总线及CH375B的磁选柱参数、运行状态、当前浓度、故障代码等数据记录仪的设计方法.并详细的阐述了记录仪的总体结构、硬件电路及软件设计流程图.为磁选柱参数记录提供一种快速、高效、可靠的解决方案.
